Training services
Well-trained staff are essential for maximizing productivity and minimizing any disruption in terminal operating time. sfPORTEQ offers training on spreaders for all levels of the organization, run by engineers with solid first-hand experience of terminal service and operations, and who have been part of designing and developing our products.
Commissioning services
Our spreaders are tailored to suit each customers’ conditions and crane interfaces. So to ensure rapid and smooth introduction into service, sfPORTEQ offers a full installation and commissioning service, led by specialist, experienced and dedicated engineers
Maintenance, Refurbishment and Repair services
sfPORTEQ spreaders have been designed with a particular focus on keeping things as simple as possible for those performing the maintenance. With decades of experience in designing spreaders, our engineers can assist and offer recommendations on existing equipment, as well as undertake refurbishments and upgrades, either in the customers’ or our own premises.
Upgrade services
To meet evolving customer needs, throughout the lifetime of our equipment, we can make both mechanical and electrical upgrades, taking advantage of new designs and materials. Upgrades provide increased reliability and productivity for the customer.
